How we handle your information.

Project inquiries

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, inquiry topic, and message. We use it to review your request, evaluate fit, and respond to you.

The submission is processed by a Cloudflare Worker and stored in Airtable, which we use to receive and manage project inquiries. The inquiry record also contains the submission date and a source label. We do not intentionally copy your IP address into the Airtable inquiry record. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to assess spam and abuse risk. Google receives the verification request and related browser, device, and interaction information under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Existing-client work requests

The existing-client work request page embeds a form provided by Tally. Tally receives the information you submit through that form and stores it so we can respond to and manage the request. Do not submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the form. • Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and runs the contact endpoint. As part of those services, Cloudflare processes ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and request headers, requested path, timestamp, and security signals. You can learn more in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Sentry helps us identify and diagnose technical errors. When an error occurs, Sentry may receive the page URL, browser and device details, and technical information about the error. We do not use Sentry for advertising or user profiling.

This site does not load Google Analytics or use advertising analytics cookies. It uses limited browser storage for site functions:

• Your light or dark theme preference may remain in local storage until you change it or clear browser data.
• A session flag may remain in session storage until the browser session ends so the loading animation does not repeat unnecessarily.

Your browser may let you clear or block this storage. Blocking it may prevent the site from remembering your display preference.

We keep project inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to them. We review inactive inquiries periodically and delete information that is no longer needed. If an inquiry becomes an active engagement, necessary project, contract, and accounting records may be kept separately to meet our business and legal obligations.

Existing-client requests are kept as needed to manage the work, maintain an appropriate service record, and meet contractual or legal obligations. We delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes. Technical and security information is retained according to the applicable provider settings and operational need. Provider backups and deleted-item recovery periods may continue for a limited time after information is removed from an active workspace.

You may ask what inquiry information we hold about you or request that we correct or delete it. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records when required by law or necessary for an active contractual matter.
